Reservations

If you wish to book  Villa Azul for your vacation please click here or send an email to true@mistral.co.uk stating the following information :

• Contact Name
• Starting Date (pref a Saturday in high season )
• Ending Date (pref a Saturday in high season )
• Number Of Adults & Children under 18 (age in brackets)
• Time Zone
• Contact Telephone # (If you wish us to call you)
• Comments/Requests/Queries (optional)

We will then reply within 24 Hrs and email you a simple rental contract (MS Word Document) for you to fill in, sign in print. The contract will specify bank deposit details in Costa Rica for the security deposit (50% of rental value + damage deposit (approx $500-1000 depending on  number of people - refunded upon departure).

 Once the security deposit has been received we will notify you by email and mark the dates as booked. 

Upon arrival the remaining 50% will be required in cash and the damage deposit will be returned in cash at the end of your stay once the property has been inspected.
