Please fill in the form below to make a reservation.
We will then reply within 24 Hrs and email you a simple rental contract (MS Word Document) for you to fill in, sign in print.
The contract will specify bank deposit details in Costa Rica for the security deposit (50% of rental value + damage deposit (approx $200-$400 depending on number of people - refunded upon departure).
Once the security deposit has been received we will notify you by email and mark the dates as booked.
Upon arrival the remaining 50% will be required in cash and the damage deposit will be returned in cash at the end of your stay once the property has been inspected.
