"What a perfect Spot"

Everything was perfect for us from our initial contact with Jean (John) to the final inspection before we headed home. The Villa is beautiful and the views are spectacular! It is very centrally located and we could drive down the hill into Quepos or around the hill into Manuel Antonio within about 2 minutes either way. On our first morning there, the monkeys performed in the trees just outside the terrace. There was also a sloth hanging around in one of the trees. I've included photos of each. Just be sure to wake up at around 6AM in order to have the best chance of seeing them. The "pool" on the terrace is a great bonus (only on the top floor unit)! It was very refreshing after a day of hiking and sailing. I recommend Villa Azul highly and John will do everything possible to ensure you have a great stay!

"3rd Time's A Charm"

My husband and I stayed at Villa Azul for our honeymoon. And went back for our 1st Anniversary, and then for our second! We've rented the top floor each time. It has a small wading pool where we like to hang out and read. The view is stupendous, each sunset worth watching. More than 180 degrees of visibility from the balcony. One of the benefits of the villa is the grocery store within walking distance -- my husband has Type 1 Diabetes, so having control over our diet was really important. There's a BBQ grill. But of course, we went out to eat plenty too, and the local restaurants are awesome! Some standouts are Kapi Kapi, Barba Roja (both walking distance), and Bambu Jam. Coffee shop Milagro is walking distance too. If you care to walk to the beach, it's about a half hour, but it's just as easy by bus or taxi. You can go on plenty of tours around here. We've kept going back because this is a great place to just relax.
